How to use Email Creator.

Getting started

  1. 1Sign in with TODD.
  2. 2Describe the email: who it is for, what it says, and any offer or date.
  3. 3Attach your logo or images with the + button.
  4. 4Ask for changes in the chat, then Copy HTML or Download HTML.

Questions

How many emails can I make?

Ten a day. The pill in the header shows how many are left.

Is my email saved?

No. Nothing is saved. Download the emails you want to keep before you leave.

Where do I paste the HTML?

Into your platform's HTML or code block, such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.

Can I change an email after it is made?

Yes. Reply in the chat, for example 'make the coupon bigger', and TODD revises it.

Say who it’s for

Customers, a client, your team: the audience changes the tone and the ask.

Give the facts

Names, dates, prices, codes and links. TODD won’t invent them; it leaves a placeholder instead.

Attach your logo

Use the + button, or drop images onto the page. TODD places them in the design.

Ask for changes

Reply in plain words, such as “make the coupon bigger” or “shorter”. Every version stays in the chat.

What people ask about Email Creator

Can I send it from here?

Yes, with Outreach: send to many contacts with Catalyst, or to one person with the Email Composer. Sending needs the Outreach app subscription; downloading stays free.

What if the limit runs out?

The pill in the header shows how many emails are left today. The count resets at midnight Pacific time.

Can I see it on a phone?

Yes. Switch the preview between desktop and mobile with the buttons above the email.

What image files can I attach?

PNG, JPG, WEBP or GIF, up to 20 MB each. TODD resizes them for email automatically.
